Guide of how you use the Mount Fuji Japanese Shopping Site:

	Welcome to the Japanese Shopping Guide, the easy way to shop ! Let Mount Fuji do the hard work of travelling to the shops for you and bringing your goods back to your door. You can shop in 4 ways:
Shop on-line:	Use the on-line shop, click on the Enter Shop and then you are taken to the index page where you can choose which section you want to go to, like Rice Crackers for example. To order click the Add to basket button when you want to buy any item, you will then be asked how many you would like, after clicking OK you will return back to the shop to carry on shopping. When your basket is full click on the Checkout button. Then follow the instructions which require your delivery address and method of payment (cheque, credit card). The final page is for credit card details which is encrypted to us. After that you will recieve a page giving you your invoice which you need to print off. You will also recieve a e-mail which confirms your order. If you want to view your basket at any time, then click on the View button. If you want to change any of your items then click on the Change Order button where you can remove any item or increase or decrease the amount of any item.
Fax Order:	You can print off Products List and Fax Order Form then fax or post it to us. Forms are available in Japanese & English
Phone Order:	You can telephone your order to us, to do so then please have our products codes ready to read to us. These are available on the product list and also in the shop next to each items picture ( it says "product code xxxx") This can be a quick way to order.
E-Mail Order:	You can also e-mail your order to us with just a list of product codes and please write your address down and telephone number, we will then telephone you back to ask for your credit card information.
Saturday delivery	Availble in England only and is a non refundable charge of £20, certain restrictions apply still in England, we will confirm if your area has available service.
Scottish highlands	IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PA60-78, PH30-44, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. if your postcode includes these then you must select Scottish Highlands,delivery is upto 4 days and is subject to local weather conditions.
