Please remember that the last time to order each day for next day delivery is 2pm, orders received after 2 pm will be shipped the following day.
We at Mount Fuji do our best to give you the best service. If anything does go slightly wrong then Yoko will hit Andrew over the head with a saucepan. We will then do our best to sort it out, just let us know if you are not 100% happy.
Security of credit/debit card payments
For ordering we will require the following details: Your Name, E-mail address, Credit/Debit Card Number, Expiry Date and Telephone Number. All orders will be delivered to cardholders address unless a preferred delivery address is filled in. All card details are sent to our head office in encrypted form via our shopping cart software system. This prevents unauthorised access. After processing all Credit/Debit Card details are removed from computer records/files. You can elect for us to store this information – this is necessary for fast-track ordering. Delivery (postage & packaging)
Upon cleared payment, (Credit/Debit Cards are immediate, cheques 4 working days). Parcelforce has on-line tracking. Reference numbers can be sent via e-mail with confirmed order if you so wish. The costs are:

These charges apply to UK Mainland only and for all orders up to 30 KG in weight. For all other destinations, you will be notified of the price prior to dispatch. Please note that, for each delivery, we charge £1 for packaging.

Refunds
You have 7 days from date of delivery to cancel your order. You must contact within the 7 days and arrange return of your order, we can collect the order for a charge of £9.50 by Parcelforce. For a full refund the goods must be intact, unused & undamaged.. Any goods damaged upon delivery please report it to us immediately ( within 24hrs) via e-mail for an immediate replacement
If goods become out of stock after an order has been taken we will repay the price of the goods or offer an alternative product. You also have the option of accepting a later delivery.
Best Before & Use By Dates
In line with the Trading Standards, items can be sold that are close to or past the Best Before Date. The Best Before just states that items are best if used before a certain date but can be used afterwards. As our items are coming from Japan, they will have short Best Before dates because of the time it takes to ship items across from Japan by container ship. Rice crackers are the shortest.
Use By Dates, are as states, must be used by. An example would be milk. Mount Fuji does not sell ant items that have a Use By Date
Data protection and security.
No details will be given to any third party. No details will go to mailing lists etc, in otherwords we do not give out any information to anybody ! All office paperwork is incinerated on site.
Local taxes and duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for all local duties and taxes.

Applicable law and courts of jurisdiction
Any purchases or services from Mount Fuji International web site are governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom. The UK Distance Selling Law applies to any item purchased & deliveried in the UK
Retention of title
All goods remain the property of Mount Fuji International Ltd until paid for in full. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
