Saturday delivery:

The charge to deliver in England & Wales on Saturday is £20, this is based on delivery within England, other areas will be subject to a surcharge, we will contact you. If you accept Saturday delivery, then there is limited compensation for non delivery.

You must be able to recieve the parcel ! You must make it clear to Parcelforce where you are, that might mean leaving a sign on your door etc, if your address is not clear. If they can not find you then they can not delivier and we can not give any refund for failed delivery on that basis.
