Dried Kelp for soup stock & vegetable stock (57g) .

To use, place some kelp in a saucepan & just cover in water (1-2cm) bring to the boil and leave for 2/3 mins. ( this will remove all the goodness out of the kelp into the water) then use the stock for soups or vegetables.
NB.This will produce a soup stock (Dashi) and you can then add what ever you want.

Seasoning stock for soup and a variety of boiled dishes. This is really tasty, it is made up from Tuna and you can sprinkle it onto rice for example. If you can make rice pudding it really goes well with it sprinkled on top. (50g)

Ajinomoto is the company name, but this was the first major food additive they made and it was a huge success.

Tiny sprinkles of this "Ajinomoto" can make a huge difference to the flavour of anything, (torfu, soups,rice etc) Just try and taste the difference !(30g)
