	Dried Me-Hijiki (Seaweed) (Code 1710) One of the most nutricious seaweed.(20g) How to cook: Put them in strainer in a bowl of water. Leave it for 20 minutes. Wash them in the strainer under the tap.(It will expand 6-7 times) Leave it for 5 minutes to let them dry. Meanwhile chop half of carrots and other vegtables you like. Fry vegetables & Me-Hijiki in the pot with a little oil. Put water, soup stock & sugar(mirin) to cover them. Add soy sauce and some more sugar and boil with low heat until everything cooked.
