Our special limited tea is now available, if you would like to taste some of the best tea of the year then our stocks are limited
A small area in the tea farm is setaside for this special tea, careful trimming during the autumn means ensures that all the new leaves come togther at the same time and are hand picked on the 43rd day from the start of Spring, everything must be picked on that day and hence why this is limited. This is a very long term tradition and is regarded as the highlight of the tea year and produces the highest quality tea for the whole year, just like a vintage wine. We will have a LIMITED amount so,.....after that has gone there is no guarentee of any more until next year... Normal Shincha will be available, but from the rest of the tea farm later.
