Oshi-Sushi Box : (literally: pressed sushi box)
Great help to make pressed Sushi. (Pressed sushi is a sushi made of vinegared rice combined with a topping or filling of fish, seafood, vegetables, or egg.)
The box can be taken apart into three parts, a bottom part, the rectangular walls, and a top part.
1. Before use the box it should be put in water so that the rice sticks less to the box. The bottom part and the top part can be covered with a layer of cling film for easier cleaning.
2. Assemble bottom part and the wall then put it on chopping board. (split side has to be up)
3. Place vinegared cooked rice and the toppings.
4. Press top part onto the sushi, (hence the name pressed sushi.)
5. Remove top part and cut rice using the splits.
6. Put Top back on and oush top down and lift wall part out which leaves perfectly shaped sushi.
7. Here is your Pressed Sushi just like professional ones!
